I feel most at home when I’m near the ocean and this year I wanted to do something more for the big body of water that brings me such joy..
In 2022, I’m pledging to donate £25 from every wedding booking towards Surfers Against Sewage.
This donation can go towards equipment for beach cleans, sounding the alarm on water companies that are silently spilling sewage into the ocean or to help inspire the next generation through their Ocean School and Plastic Free Schools programmes.
If you book me this year, you won’t only join the Ellen Sear family; you’ll also become an Ocean Activist!

Will your move affect current bookings?
Will you just cover the South West UK?
Not at all! Whilst I will be looking to expand my portfolio down there, I will still offer UK and destination coverage. We also have family in the Midlands/ Home Counties so can easily travel for weddings up there.
No! All bookings in the diary will not be affected. My clients come first and my existing booking will be priorities before any boxes are packed

I'm fully booked for 2022 and over halfway booked for 2023 so it made sense to finish the next two wedding seasons up here whilst I build up a portfolio down there, before we move. It could be sooner but I wont let it affect any current bookings.
If you've read anything about me on my socials or website, you will know I feel most at home when I'm by the sea. It's been in discussions for a while but we've started to feel like leaving the coast is like leaving home. Sometimes you have to follow where your heart takes you. It's scary but we're so excited!
